What can I expect to find in the Kudos Portfolio?

Our boutique portfolio features a number of prestigious hand-picked items, including fine-art prints, costumes, props and memorabilia. We have split our inventory into three distinct themed-collections: Heroes of Cinema, Marilyn Monroe and Bruce Lee. As we only purchase from impeccable sources, we are confident you will appreciate the quality and variety of the items on offer.

Who can hire an item from Kudos?

Kudos will only supply memorabilia from its inventory to galleries, museums, cinema-chains, exhibition centres and other venues whose primary purpose is to exhibit to the public or trade. We may also, at our own discretion, provide services for product launches and special promotional events on a case-by-case basis.

How can I hire an item from the Kudos Portfolio for my venue, exhibition or event?

Hiring an item for exhibition could not be easier! Simply click on the 'Exhibitor Enquiries' button adjacent to the article of interest and fill out the fields, as appropriate. One of our trained advisors will contact you within 24hrs (Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm) to complete your application and answer any questions you may have.

Please note that collectibles in our Bruce Lee Collection are only available to exhibitors, who wish to exhibit the entire portfolio. We do not offer individual or small groups of items from this collection for exhibition. How much will it cost to hire an item from the portfolio?

The cost of hire will vary from item to item and is also dependent on the intended duration of the exhibition or event. We can discuss your requirements in person and will always do our very best to accommodate your project or exhibition.

What can I do if I am interested in an item, but it is marked "Reserved for Exhibition"?

How often do you update your portfolio?

Our portfolio is constantly growing and changing, and we will make regular updates to our inventory, so please check in often...

PROVENANCE

How do I know I can hire or buy from Kudos with confidence?

All items in the Kudos Portfolio have been acquired from respected 'primary' sources - individuals or companies who work with us to acquire target items directly from production companies, prop houses, costume designers, Estates and elite private collections. We will also acquire inventory from highly respected auction houses such as The Prop Store of London, Christie's and Julien's (Beverly Hills).

Each item in our catalogue is guaranteed for the life of the business and is accompanied by at least one Certificate of Authenticity. 

ONLINE STORE

Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world. (We may, however, refuse to deliver to a particular country at our own discretion.)

How will my order be sent?

Orders dispatched to addresses in the UK are routinely sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce Next Day Delivery (with full tracking)

International Orders will be sent via Fed-Ex. If you elect this option, we will email you a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.

How much will I pay for shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout, once you have entered your delivery address and country of origin. For international customers it is important to note that you may be personally liable for import duties on your purchase. Import duties vary from country to country, so it's important that you verify your position, before ordering your goods. Kudos Memorabilia Ltd is not liable for any import duties which might be levied against your purchase.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and cost of shipping.

Which payment methods we accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Debit or Credit Card using our secure online checkout. (Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards).

2. Paypal

3. Apple Pay

4. Bank Transfers by prior arrangement

5. Cheques (Please note we will not dispatch an order until the payment has cleared)

Is my purchase secure?

Kudos processes all transactions through Shopify. All transactions are therefore hosted on a secure Level 1 PCI DSS complaint server, so you can shop with confidence at all times.

Will you keep my personal information private? 

Kudos respects your privacy and will never divulge, sell or forward your information to any third party for commercial exploitation. Please click {here} to view our privacy policy in full.

Are financing options available?

Kudos Memorabilia Ltd offers an interest-free payment plan for a period for up to six months. 

All we ask is a 20% non-refundable deposit on your debit or credit card. Thereafter, we will reserve your item and  you are free to settle the remainder of your balance within the following two to six months.

Once you have made all of your payments, we will ship your purchase directly to your cardholder's address.

Should you decide to cancel your payment plan during the course of the interest-free period, any funds in your account at the time of cancellation, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit, can be used as credit against any of the products featured in our online store. For clarity, in the case of cancellation, the 20% deposit is completely non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other products.

Can I return my purchase?

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase providing you have contacted us at info@kudosmemorabilia.com for a Returns Authorisation Number. 

Please note we will only refund an item if it has been returned in its original condition together with all accompanying paperwork, including any applicable 'Certificates of Authenticity' or other additional paperwork supporting provenance, which was sent with the original order.
